Jon Abbott has over 30 years of experience as an operator, owner, and executive in the restaurant industry. Jon served as a unit manager with respected national casual dining chains, Houlihan’s and Ruby Tuesday. Jon was a member of the management team which created the Cooker Bar and Grill concept (NYSE-CGR). Jon served as the senior operations executive for the privately held Damon’s International Inc. and the publicly held Silver Diner Development (SLVR). Jon worked within the franchise community of Applebee’s International preparing groups for acquisition. Jon has developed and operated restaurant concepts for he and his partners in Palladian Group, and has assisted others in development of concepts and franchises through his consulting practice Carolina Concept Services.
